How to pay

1. Open Vakonca → Profile → Subscription.
2. Choose a month or a year and tap “Pay”.
3. Confirm the payment in the Telegram window. If you do not have enough Stars, Telegram will offer to buy them right there.

How to turn off automatic renewal

In Telegram: Settings → My Stars → Vakonca subscription → “Cancel subscription”. The paid period stays active until it ends.

I paid, but the subscription did not turn on

Write to @IlyushqaLis with the payment date and the plan. The payment number is in the Telegram receipt in the chat with the bot. We will turn the subscription on manually or refund your Stars within 3 working days.

Refunds

Within 14 days after payment, if you have had no new online bookings during that time. Stars go back to your Telegram balance.

What happens if you do not renew

Clients can still book for 3 days. Then online booking closes, but all existing bookings and data are kept. As soon as you renew, everything works again.
