Privacy Policy

1. What data we receive

2. Who we share data with

The professional you booked with: name, username, phone number and booking comment.
Telegram, to deliver bot messages and payments.
Contractors that help run the service: hosting by Play2Go (servers in Germany), photo storage by Cloudflare R2, analytics by PostHog (no session recording), error tracking by Sentry. They get only what their task needs.
Government authorities, only as required by law.

We do not sell data and do not show ads.

3. How long we keep data

As long as you have an account.
When you send /deletedata to the bot, we erase your name, username and phone number, anonymize your bookings and delete your support requests. Backups drop the data within 14 days.
We keep payment records for 5 years in anonymized form, as accounting rules require.

4. Your rights

You can find out what data we keep, correct it, delete it (/deletedata) or withdraw your consent. Write to @IlyushqaLis or vakonca@gmail.com: we will reply within 10 working days.

5. Storage in the app

The Mini App keeps only your settings on your device: the theme and whether swipe back is on. Your language is kept in your Vakonca profile. There are no advertising cookies.

6. Changes

We publish a new version at this same link and announce it in the bot.
