Terms of Use
1. About the service
Vakonca is a service for booking independent professionals online inside Telegram. It is run by Illia Lisouski, self-employed (professional income tax payer), taxpayer number HE5675975, Republic of Belarus (“we”).
We provide a tool: the professional’s page, free time calculation, booking and notifications. The services themselves (manicure, brows and others) are provided by the professional. We are not a party to the agreement between the professional and the client and do not accept payment for the professional’s services.
2. Sign-in and account
- You sign in with Telegram, no separate password is needed.
- You can use the service from the age of 16 and run a booking page from the age of 18.
- You are responsible for what happens in your Telegram account.
3. For clients
- Booking is free. Prices, duration and rules are set by the professional.
- You can cancel a booking in the app until the time set by the professional (for example, “12 hours before the visit”). Later than that, only by agreeing with the professional directly.
- We do not charge fees for cancellations or no-shows. If a professional takes a prepayment or a fee, it is your arrangement with them.
- The bot sends a confirmation and reminders. You can turn them off by blocking the bot, but then you will not learn that the professional cancelled your booking.
4. For professionals
- Online booking is free for 30 days after you first publish your page (the trial). The trial does not start until the page is published.
- After the trial, online booking works with a Vakonca Pro subscription: monthly with automatic renewal or yearly as a one-time payment. Current prices are shown on the Subscription screen.
- If the subscription ends, clients can still book for 3 days. Then online booking closes, and existing bookings are kept.
- You are responsible for your services, prices, photos and texts on your page, and for following the law when working with clients, including the data of clients you add yourself.
- By publishing photos of your work, you confirm that you have the rights to them and allow us to show them on your page.
5. Paying for the subscription
- The subscription is paid in Telegram Stars through the standard Telegram payment window. We do not receive or store bank card details.
- Telegram renews the monthly subscription automatically every 30 days. You can turn renewal off in Telegram: Settings → My Stars → Vakonca subscription. The paid period stays active.
- Refunds: within 14 days after payment, if you have had no new online bookings during that time. If you paid but the subscription did not turn on, we will turn it on manually or refund your Stars. How to reach us is on the Payment help page.
6. What is not allowed
- Creating fake bookings, booking in bulk or getting around the service’s limits.
- Publishing illegal services, other people’s photos, offensive or misleading texts.
- Interfering with the service or trying to access other people’s data.
If these terms are broken, we may limit online booking or access to the account. A professional can close online booking with them for a particular client.
7. Liability
- The service is provided “as is”. We aim for 99.5% availability per month but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, including during Telegram outages.
- We are not responsible for the quality of a professional’s services, lateness, cancellations or disputes between a professional and a client.
- Our liability to a professional is limited to the amount paid for the last paid subscription period.
8. Changes and contacts
We announce changes to these terms in the bot at least 7 days in advance. If you keep using the service, you accept the new terms. Governing law: Republic of Belarus. Questions: @IlyushqaLis, vakonca@gmail.com.
